Originally, we planned to knock down and rebuild with a big name volume builder. Introduced by a relative to Dakoda Homes, we have been very happy with Dakota in terms of quality, communication, courtesy and cooperation.

 

Anthony has been excellent in managing the build and keeping us up to date. Of particular note has been the way Anthony has been very flexiable in last minute change of design and has completed the build well on schedule, without missing on quality.

 

If we need to build again in the future, we will definitely build again with Dakota Homes.
